When you rent your car, return arrangements will always be made. The car rental may arrange to have you leave the car at the office, at your hotel or at the Airport whichever is most convenient for you. Please keep in mind that additional location charges may apply.

Airport:
Upon arrival (if your flight number was given), a representative of the car rental agency will be in the arrival hall with a “NEXT LEVEL CAR RENTAL” sign and your name. If you are unable to find the representative, you may ask at another car rental booth to contact Next Level Car Rental and they will get in contact with us. He/she will then walk you to your car and do a walk around with you and go over the necessary paperwork. This takes on average 5-10 minutes. After that, you may go and enjoy your vacation.

Upon returning, you may go to the Departure area of the airport. DO NOT GO IN TO THE PARKING AREA! The representative will then do another walkthrough with you, you sign the form stating that it has been returned in good condition, and you may remove your luggage and proceed to your flight.

Harbour:
Upon arrival (if your ship number and arrival time was given), please proceed to the Main Gate. If you are unsure where that is, you may ask a security guard or vendor. A representative of the car rental will be there waiting on you with a “NEXT LEVEL CAR RENTAL” sign and your name. We will then take you to your car, do a walk around and proceed to the paperwork. Upon completion, you are ready to go.

Upon returning, you will be met by your representative at the same location as where you picked up the car. We will once again walk around the car, sign that the car has been returned in good condition, and you may then return to your ship or do some last minute shopping before doing so.

Hotel:
We will meet you in the lobby of your hotel at the assigned time. If you give your room number, we can even have the front desk clerk ring you upon our arrival. We will then walk to the car, do the customary walk around and fill in the required paperwork.

Upon returning, we will once again be waiting for you in the lobby of your hotel at the assigned time. We will then have a final walk around, sign that the car has been returned in good condition, and that’s it.

Please note:
You are not required to return your car at the same location as where you picked it up from! You may select a different return area. For example if you have your car brought to your hotel, you may then choose to return it at the Airport if you are returning home that day.

When selecting where you will be picking up and/or returning your car, if you have selected either the Harbour or the Airport, you are then Required to select the appropriate fee in the Extra’s page. Failure to do so will result in a $5 fee for manually changing the reservation.

You can book as short as 6 hours (will be billed as 1 day).

There are no additional charges on mileage. Rates shown include unlimited free mileage/killometers.

Yes there is an extra charge. This additional fee ranges from $15 to $50 depending on the location you want your car to be delivered or picked up. Juliana Airport location fee:$15, Dutch Side Hotel:$15, French Side Hotel:$50, Harbor Port/Marina location fee:$40.00, Grandcase airport and All others:$50. This is broken down into a delivery and a drop-off charge in the event that you pick up the car at one location, and drop it off at another, e.g. pick-up at the Philipsburg Cruise Terminal, and drop off at the Marigot Ferry.

Yes! All of our cars have the tools necessary to change a tire.

We recommend that you book your car at least 2 weeks in advance. During the high season, cars may become sold out.

You can book a reservation up to a year in advance via the website. Booking further in advance is possibly by emailing our reservations department – reservations [AT] nextlevelcarrentalsxm [DOT] com.

Yes! All of our cars have power steering

Yes, each additional drivers can be added for $5.00 per day. All drivers must be registered at the time of rental and must meet the following standards:

1) 18 years or older
2) Have a valid drivers licence

Yes! All of our cars have front and back seatbelts.

Yes! All of our cars are fully air conditioned.

Yes, baby car seats are available upon request for $5.00 per day.
