Upon arrival (if your flight number was given), a representative of the car rental agency will be in the arrival hall with a “NEXT LEVEL CAR RENTAL” sign and your name. If you are unable to find the representative, you may ask at another car rental booth to contact Next Level Car Rental and they will get in contact with us. He/she will then walk you to your car and do a walk around with you and go over the necessary paperwork. This takes on average 5-10 minutes. After that, you may go and enjoy your vacation.
Upon returning, you may go to the Departure area of the airport. DO NOT GO IN TO THE PARKING AREA! The representative will then do another walkthrough with you, you sign the form stating that it has been returned in good condition, and you may remove your luggage and proceed to your flight.
Upon arrival (if your ship number and arrival time was given), please proceed to the Main Gate. If you are unsure where that is, you may ask a security guard or vendor. A representative of the car rental will be there waiting on you with a “NEXT LEVEL CAR RENTAL” sign and your name. We will then take you to your car, do a walk around and proceed to the paperwork. Upon completion, you are ready to go.
Upon returning, you will be met by your representative at the same location as where you picked up the car. We will once again walk around the car, sign that the car has been returned in good condition, and you may then return to your ship or do some last minute shopping before doing so.
We will meet you in the lobby of your hotel at the assigned time. If you give your room number, we can even have the front desk clerk ring you upon our arrival. We will then walk to the car, do the customary walk around and fill in the required paperwork.
Upon returning, we will once again be waiting for you in the lobby of your hotel at the assigned time. We will then have a final walk around, sign that the car has been returned in good condition, and that’s it.
You are not required to return your car at the same location as where you picked it up from! You may select a different return area. For example if you have your car brought to your hotel, you may then choose to return it at the Airport if you are returning home that day.
When selecting where you will be picking up and/or returning your car, if you have selected either the Harbour or the Airport, you are then Required to select the appropriate fee in the Extra’s page. Failure to do so will result in a $5 fee for manually changing the reservation.
